Expansas provides a suite of AI-powered business tools and applications, including but not limited to:

• Finny: AI-powered personal finance management
• Core: Database application development platform
• Additional tools and applications as we develop and release them

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

For paid Services:

• Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan or purchases. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
• Price Changes: We may change our prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes not included in the quoted price.
• Failed Payments: We may suspend access if payment fails or is declined.

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Expansas, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number you provide
• Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences
• Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• You can get help by replying HELP to any message
• Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services

Our Property: The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, designs, and trademarks, are owned by Expansas and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the Services. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to provide the Services.

Feedback: If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our Services, we may use them without obligation to you.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPANSAS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Expansas and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Services

By You: You may stop using the Services at any time. To delete your account, contact us or use the account settings (where available).

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons may include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any app-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Expansas regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
